A Real Project
The core of the 21 days: one dashboard, designed and built in your BI tool.
We can join a new project, step into one already in progress, or redesign an existing dashboard. Delivery takes place in your own BI tool, such as Power BI, Tableau or QuickSight.
We design the key screens first. Once they are approved, we apply the same principles consistently throughout the dashboard, so every page shares one structure, hierarchy and visual language.
We use real data where it is available, or representative sample data with the same structure.
We implement the frontend calculations, logic and functionality defined during design, so the dashboard is delivered working, not as a mock-up.
We validate with your team along the way, and finish with a final quality and usability review.

Data Communication
In parallel, we define how the new dashboard will be recognised and adopted. We create an internal data identity, aligned with your company’s brand where relevant, so people can tell official dashboards apart and know where to go with a data need.
We prepare practical assets your team can keep using, such as presentation templates, a SharePoint page or a newsletter, and, where useful, a launch and follow-up plan with a few metrics to track adoption.
