What data is collected
Only when you request the portfolio, either from the form on the page or from the window that may appear after a short visit:
- your email address;
- your two consent choices, recorded separately (see below);
- the date and time of the request, and the version of this notice you agreed to;
- whether the portfolio email was sent;
- for your personal download link: how many times it was opened, how many times the portfolio was downloaded, and the date of the first and last download;
- a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse of the form.
Fonts are served from this server. Your browser keeps two small notes, never sent to the server: that the portfolio window was already shown in this session, and that you have already requested the portfolio, so the window does not appear again. You can clear them with your browser’s site data.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which parts of the page are used. Nothing is sent to Google before you accept, and no advertising cookies are used.
- What is measured: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a link or a campaign), approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and interactions such as scrolling or clicking links. Your email address and any form content are never sent.
- Cookies:
_gaand_ga_C0X67FKLW8, which distinguish visits. They last up to 2 years and are deleted from this site if you withdraw consent. - Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Google may process the data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
- Retention: the visit data is kept in Google Analytics for 2 months.
- Basis: your consent. Your choice is remembered in your browser for 12 months, after which you are asked again.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page.
Your two consent choices
- Required to receive the portfolio: “I agree to my email being stored so the portfolio can be sent to me.” Your email is used to send you, once, a personal link to download the portfolio. Basis: your consent.
- Optional: “Pablo may follow up once by email.” Only if you tick this box, Pablo may write to you personally, once. Nothing is sent automatically. Leaving it unticked does not affect receiving the portfolio. Basis: your consent.
There is no newsletter and your email is not added to any mailing list.
Your personal download link
The portfolio is not attached to the email. Instead, you receive a link that only works for you and stays valid for 12 months. When the link is opened and when the portfolio is downloaded, the date and the number of times are recorded with your request, so we can see whether the portfolio reached you. Email security software sometimes opens links automatically, so “opened” may include those checks. Basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the portfolio you asked for was received. You can object at any time by writing to the address below.
How long it is kept
Portfolio requests, including the download records, are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless you ask for deletion earlier. The download link stops working after 12 months.
Who processes it
Requests are stored on this website’s server, hosted by DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany (DigitalOcean LLC processes it only on our behalf, under its data processing agreement). The portfolio is sent from Pablo’s threepress.es mailbox, which is provided by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics is used as described above. Your data is not sold or shared with anyone else. Booking a call takes you to Google Calendar, and WhatsApp and LinkedIn links take you to those services; their own privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, or withdraw either consent at any time, independently, by writing to pablo.rueda@threepress.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
